What needed to be solved
The organisation needed to replace fragmented manual processes with a dependable platform capable of managing weekly collections, financial products, repayments, withdrawals, approvals, remittances and historical records without weakening auditability.
How I approached the problem
Designed modular Laravel services for member, savings, loan, empowerment, withdrawal and remittance workflows.
Implemented transaction-safe operations, duplicate guards, database row locking and ledger-aware reporting.
Built deny-by-default role and permission controls with route-level and branch-level access restrictions.
Created scheduled jobs, management dashboards and member financial self-service reporting.
